Position Summary:
This position supports day-to-day Title 31 compliance, including CTR and SAR documentation, investigations, reviews, reporting, and filing. The role also helps train company personnel and assists the Compliance Officer with materials needed to fulfill compliance responsibilities. This is an office-based position with scheduled hours of 8:30AM-5:00PM, Monday through Friday. This role does not offer remote work and requires the selected candidate to work on-site at the office.

Salary: $942.45 weekly/ $49,007.40 annually (This salary is firm.)
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Compliance Program Support: Assist with implementing and enforcing the Title 31 Compliance program; support BSA policies, procedures, and guidance to gaming operations and other departments.
• Documentation and Database Maintenance: Collect, enter, review, and maintain Title 31 documentation, patron information, W-2G, W-9, 1099 information, MTLs, and in-house AML database records.
• Monitoring and Analysis: Review daily cash transaction and suspicious activity reports for accuracy and completeness; issue Title 31 Exception Notices, ensure corrective action, analyze periodic reports, and identify filing requirements and reportable activity.
• Investigations and Research: Investigate incomplete transactions, suspicious incident reports, gaming records, patron activity, transaction patterns, source of funds, and due diligence matters using internal systems, commercial databases, open-source internet research, and social media.
• Regulatory Filing Support: Review CTRs for timely and accurate FinCEN filing; prepare investigative reports and SAR or No-SAR recommendations; under the Compliance Officer’s direction, prepare SARs and narratives for filing.
• Risk Reviews and Collaboration: Assist with OFAC, KYC, CDD, and EDD reviews; work with gaming departments to obtain and maintain information
needed for suspicious activity monitoring.
• Training, Review, and Confidentiality: Prepare training materials, assist with Title 31 training, support the annual independent review, attend
required company training and meetings, and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Additional Duties: Perform other compliance-related duties and special projects as assigned by the Compliance Officer.
