Caregiver | Day & Afternoon Shifts | Owatonna, MN $18–$21/hr | Day & Afternoon Hours | One-on-One In-Home Care Are You a Caregiver Looking for Something Better? We're currently looking for experienced, dependable caregivers to join our team in Owatonna, MN. Current Shifts Available We're currently hiring caregivers with availability for:

• Day shifts
• Afternoon shifts
• Opportunities to work with consistent clients
• Additional hours may be available based on your availability

We don't just send you into a client's home and hope for the best. We make sure you have the information and support you need to succeed. What You'll Do Each client's needs are different. Depending on the individualized care plan, responsibilities may include:

• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Companionship and meaningful interaction
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Accurate care documentation
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
• Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home

What We're Looking For We're looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, professional, and committed to providing excellent care. Requirements

• Previous professional caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle of your own
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
• Availability for day and/or afternoon shifts
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Professional and responsive communication

Experience in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, group homes, PCA services, or other professional caregiving settings is preferred. Pay & Perks
