We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, and enjoys working with customers. You don’t have to be a hobby expert — just bring a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

You’ll get to work around RC cars, models, games, STEM toys, and plenty of other fun things while helping customers find something they’ll love.

Customer Service:

• Greet all customers with a warm, friendly attitude
• Provide knowledgeable and courteous assistance with purchases and product inquiries
• Ability to establish and manage customer relationship

Sales & Register Operations:

• Efficiently operate the cash register and credit card machine
• Accurately handle cash and transactions
• Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and local events

Store Presentation:

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming
• Replenish merchandise and maintain attractive product displays
• Perform light cleaning duties, including dusting, cleaning windows, and mopping

Physical Tasks:

• Lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs 
• Remove trash and transport it to designated bins
• Use a ladder safely to reach high shelving areas

Professionalism & Communication:

• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette
• Communicate clearly and positively with team members and customers
• Take initiative to complete tasks 
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment!
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register
• Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus

Job Requirements

Must be 17 years or older
Must be reliable and prioritize work and your responsibilities
Must be able to work weekends
