Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HVAC projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all quality standards and customer expectations are met
• Coordinate schedules and resources with technicians, installers, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, clearly communicating project requirements and providing regular updates throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress, proactively address challenges, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track
• Ensure all work complies with company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations
• Foster a collaborative and professional work environment that encourages growth, learning, and high performance

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in the HVAC industry or a related field
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• This is an in-person position based in Grand Junction, Colorado

Compensation

Competitive pay: $100,000 plus commission
