Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate member-to-provider assignments, managing change and disenrollment requests, and ensuring seamless operational support across system queues, mail, and faxes. MUST TYPE 60+ WPM WITH 95% ACCURACY AND BE LOCATED on the Central Time Zone.
salary: $20 - $23 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Change Request Management: Track and process various change request forms and doctor selection requests received through the member portal and other system queues accurately and within established SLAs.
- Provider Terminations & Membership Moves: Process provider termination requests by executing necessary membership reassignments and initiating termination notification letters to affected members.
- Manual Assignment Processing: Manually assign primary care providers (PCPs) for members who cannot be assigned through the health plan’s systematic auto-assignment process.
- Quality Assurance & Reporting: Track and report provider selection errors made by call center representatives to help improve training and data accuracy.
- Disenrollment Processing: Manage and execute all provider-initiated member disenrollment requests in accordance with plan guidelines.
- Mail & Fax Support: Efficiently retrieve and process all incoming returned mail and fax requests to ensure member records remain up to date.
