Operating within an elite, multidisciplinary crisis network, this specialist provides strategic oversight, personnel management, and structural development to optimize patient care and maximize community impact. We view our Directors as a critical component of leadership, ensuring strict compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks while empowering clinical teams. A Typical Day:

• Operations & Oversight: Directing day-to-day operations and problem-solving to optimize patient care.
• Team Leadership: Managing hiring, performance metrics, and professional development of program staff.
• Fiscal Responsibility: Developing and tracking budgets within agreed revenue and cost targets.
• Compliance & QA: Conducting chart audits to ensure complete compliance with Joint Commission (JCAHO), DOH, and DMHS standards.
• Community Relations: Partnering with state, county, and local community agencies to refine emergency service workflows and access lines.

To Be Considered:

• Required Education: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related behavioral science field.
• Required Licensure: Active LSW in good standing (LCSW highly preferred).
• Required Certification: Valid state crisis training certification.
• Required Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of post-master's clinical experience providing mental health services.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior supervisory/management experience and a valid Mental Health Screener certification.
