Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Event Assistant , you will work alongside experienced event professionals and community partners to support successful events that benefit nonprofit organizations and meaningful causes.

Key Responsibilities

As an Event Assistant, you will:

  • Welcome and engage attendees, donors, volunteers, and community members professionally.
  • Help create positive event experiences through customer engagement and support.

  • Assist with attendee communication, donation support, and event materials.
  • Track attendance, collect feedback, and support event reporting.
