Entry-Level Event Assistant Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Assist with planning and executing charity events, nonprofit campaigns, fundraising events, community outreach programs, and promotional activities.
• Support event setup, logistics, guest registration, materials preparation, and onsite event operations.
• Welcome and engage attendees, donors, volunteers, and community members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help create positive guest experiences through event support and customer engagement.
• Educate community members about nonprofit programs, fundraising initiatives, and charitable campaigns.
• Assist with check-in processes, donation support, attendee communication, and event materials.
• Help track attendance, collect feedback, and support event performance reporting.
• Collaborate with team members, event coordinators, and community leaders to ensure successful event execution.
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and organized presence during live events and outreach activities.
• Participate in paid training focused on event marketing, nonprofit engagement, fundraising strategies, leadership development, and communication skills.

Entry-Level Event Assistant Qualifications
