This role is ideal for an organized individual who enjoys coordinating schedules, communicating with team members, and keeping projects on track. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and eager to develop professional coordination and project management skills. Responsibilities * Assist with coordinating daily moving and relocation projects from planning through completion. * Help organize project schedules, timelines, assignments, and operational details. * Communicate with internal teams to ensure project tasks and deadlines are clearly understood. * Assist with coordinating moving crews, equipment, supplies, and transportation requirements. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Clear written and verbal communication abilities. * Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and document management. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
