Goosehead Insurance – The Helfman Agency is looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our retail sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the insurance industry, develop valuable sales skills, and build lasting relationships with customers.

What You'll Do

As a Full-Cycle Sales Representative, you'll guide customers through the entire insurance sales process—from the first conversation to the final close.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcome and assist customers who visit the retail office.

• Ask questions and listen carefully to understand each customer's insurance needs.

• Explain available coverage options in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

• Recommend insurance solutions that fit the customer's needs.

• Manage opportunities from initial conversation through closing.

• Follow up with prospects and existing customers.

• Build strong, long-term client relationships.

• Learn our insurance products and stay current on industry changes.

• Work with the team to achieve individual and agency sales goals.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.

Earning Potential

$55,000–$85,000 annually

This is a commission-based opportunity where your earning potential is tied to your performance. As you develop your sales skills and consistently produce results, you'll have the opportunity to grow your income.

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of insurance experience to succeed. We're looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, personable, and eager to learn.

You'll be a strong fit if you:

• Are 18 years of age or older.

• Are authorized to work in the United States.

• Have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.

• Have a reliable mobile device.

• Have access to home internet.

• Are willing and able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license .

• Communicate clearly and confidently.

• Enjoy meeting and helping people.

• Can build rapport and establish trust quickly.

• Are comfortable working toward sales goals.

• Stay positive and persistent when facing challenges.

• Take initiative and are motivated to grow.

Previous sales, retail, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
