Epic Orders Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

Interview: 2 rounds video interview

Looking for Orders Analyst Orders Transmittal (Certified in one or the other, both is great)
If they have ICON, Bugsy exp that is a major nice to have but not required.

Qualifications

• Current Epic certification/proficiency in Orders/Order Transmittal/Order Sets and/or ICON with 3+ years experience
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in business systems analysis or related technical role within the healthcare industry
• 3+ years of hands-on technical experience working with Epic in a technical build role
• Strong communication and analytical skills with a proven track record of presenting systems prototypes and functional models to business users.

Top responsibilities include:

• Implement, modify, test, and administer complex business systems and applications, specializing in Epic environments.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business and user needs to deliver appropriate technical systems solutions from concept to completion.
• Design screens, workflows, reports, interfaces, and prepare functional and technical specifications for system changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues, handling both user-reported and vendor-reported incidents.
• Help manage service incidents and requests, serving as a key subject matter expert for technical configurations and integrations.
• Lead meetings and direct team problem-solving sessions, collaborating across team boundaries and other capability sub-domains.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external vendors and resolve vendor-related technical challenges.
