A family-owned agricultural business based in Northern California is looking to fill an Operational Farm Managing hands-on leadership position. They are strengthening their field leadership team to support long-term stability and growth.

The company provides pollination services, queen bees, and varietal honey to growers across multiple counties in Northern California. The ideal candidate will oversee bilingual field crews, execute seasonal operational plans, and ensure strong communication and accountability across the field organization.

Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and overseeing Spanish speaking field crews

* Hive inspections, pollination moves, and treatments

* Making and overseeing seasonal plans

* Working closely with logistics and safety in a leadership role

* Effective communication with field crews, office staff, and company owners

Qualifications for consideration:

* 5+ years in commercial agriculture or large field operations

* English/Spanish bilingual required

* Experience in leading labor crews

* Ability to work in demanding field conditions

* Must be organized and able to execute complex seasonal plans

* Knowledge of crops and seed pollinating

* CLD and/or heavy equipment experience is a plus

* Must currently reside in the U.S. and have a valid U.S. driver's license
