As a Global Real Estate Manager here at Honeywell, you will be striving to drive change across a diverse real estate portfolio, through pro-active portfolio management.

You will report directly to our AME Real Estate Sr Director, and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid schedule.

In this role, you will impact the optimization and strategic management of Honeywell's global real estate assets, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and enhancing workplace strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Capital Project Management

  • Support end-to-end execution of GRE capital projects including renovations, relocations, site upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Develop project charters, scopes, schedules, and budgets; manage risks and change control.
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Ensure all projects comply with Honeywell standards, local regulations, and EHS requirements.
  • Support regional portfolio optimization initiatives and site strategy execution.

Facilities Management (Shared Services Model)

  • Support oversight of day-to-day facilities operations across assigned Americas sites, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor performance.
  • Manage outsourced service providers (soft and hard services), including KPIs, SLAs, and cost controls.
  • Partner with EHS to ensure regulatory compliance, safety programs, and environmental standards.
  • Support emergency response planning, business continuity, and incident resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and best practices across the portfolio.

Financial & Strategic Support

  • Manage operating and capital budgets; track forecasts and variances.
  • Identify cost savings, demand reduction, and efficiency opportunities.
  • Support lease administration activities and coordination with finance and legal teams.
  • Provide reporting, dashboards, and analytics to regional and global GRE leadership.

Qualifications

You Must Have

  • 6+ years of experience in corporate real estate project management and/or facilities management in a corporate or industrial environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and sites simultaneously.
  • Strong vendor management and contract administration experience.
  • Solid understanding of building systems, construction processes, and facilities operations.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% across the Americas region.

We Value

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or complex industrial sites.
  • Professional certifications (PMP, FMP, CFM, LEED, or equivalent).
  • Experience working within a global or matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with IWMS/CMMS platforms and corporate real estate systems.
