OpenKyber's client is looking for a Senior Consultant for a remote contract to hire opportunity.

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis
• Map current-state and future-state workflows across clinical, operational, or technology processes
• Translate business needs into clear documentation such as user stories, functional requirements, process diagrams, and use cases
• Facilitate discussions between stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to ensure shared understanding
• Support solution design and implementation by clarifying requirements and validating outcomes
• Identify gaps, risks, and operational inefficiencies in existing processes, as well as areas for key stakeholders to better build relationships and synergies
• Break down complex healthcare marketing and data challenges into structured analyses and actionable recommendations
• Synthesize findings into clear insights and recommendations for client leadership, connecting day-to-day project work to larger strategic initiatives
• Help shape project roadmaps and solution approaches aligned with client goals
• Make insightful, data-driven recommendations based on the client's resources, goals and budget
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Facilitate productive working sessions that align business, operational, and technical perspectives
• Communicate clearly and proactively on project progress, insights, and risks, ensuring the Project Manager has full understanding of the above
• Support development of clear, structured materials used in client discussions and leadership decision-making
• Bring structure to ambiguity, helping teams clarify problems and move toward solutions
• Build credibility quickly with client stakeholders through thoughtful analysis and clear communication

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Healthcare Consultant, or similar role
• Experience working with healthcare systems, health payviders, digital health, or healthcare technology
• Experience working on CRM systems, call center systems, or similar patient-experience affiliated processes
• Experience working directly with cross-functional teams and operational leaders
• Experience in consulting environments or client-facing project work
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into clear next steps
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with project teams

• Technical Experience with EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and/or CRM Platforms (Salesforce, Cheers, HubSpot)
• Experience supporting process improvement, transformation, or new solution implementation initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in OpenKyber's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
