Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on dependability, performance, and experience)
Schedule: Part-time or Full-time | Primarily weekdays
Service Area: San Diego County (travel between client locations is required)

What You'll Do

• Clean residential homes to our company standards
• Perform move-in and move-out cleanings
• Complete vacation rental (Airbnb) turnover services
• Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and detail assigned areas
• Follow company procedures, cleaning checklists, and quality expectations
• Work independently or alongside other team members when needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous residential or professional cleaning experience is required
• Reliable and consistently punctual
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
• Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
• Able to follow instructions, checklists, and company standards
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Authorized to work in the United States
