As a Housekeeper, you are essential to delivering the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality our guests expect. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, comfortable, and ready to create a memorable stay experience.
Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence directly impact guest satisfaction scores and overall hotel success.
Clean and service guest rooms according to brand and CMC Hotels standards
Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities
Clean bathrooms thoroughly and sanitize all surfaces
Vacuum, dust, mop, and maintain room appearance
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with public area cleaning as needed
Support team members to ensure daily productivity goals are met
Previous housekeeping experience preferred (hotel experience a plus)
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
Availability to work weekends and holidays
