What You'll Do

• Follow up on company-provided leads
• Handle live transfer opportunities
• Work automated CRM opportunities from existing clients and past prospects
• Build relationships with prospective and current clients
• Recommend insurance solutions based on customer needs
• Generate referrals and additional sales opportunities
• Manage the sales process from the first conversation through closing
• Consistently meet and exceed production goals
• Represent Brandon Sisco Insurance Agency with professionalism and integrity

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for producers who expect to write at least $50,000 in new premium each month —or believe they're capable of reaching that level with the right opportunity.

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Minimum one year of P&C insurance sales experience
• Proven history of closing business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence handling objections
• Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and accountable
• Coachable and committed to continuous improvement
