Role Summary
The Senior Compensation Analyst serves as the organization's primary compensation subject matter expert (SME), providing strategic consultation and guidance to operational leaders, HR leadership, and Talent Acquisition regarding compensation philosophy, pay practices, compensation governance, and workforce planning initiatives. .In collaboration with HR leadership, responsible for the design, analysis, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that support organizational objectives, workforce needs, and regulatory compliance. The incumbent provides consultative support to leaders and Human Resources partners regarding compensation practices, conducts complex compensation analyses, administers compensation programs, evaluates positions, and develops recommendations that support equitable, market-competitive pay practices in a highly regulated and unionized healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do
Support the development and maintenance of salary structures, pay ranges, job architecture, compensation guidelines, and compensation-related policies and procedures
Conduct and participate in compensation surveys; analyze market trends and emerging compensation practices; prepare recommendations for leadership review.
Assist with compensation-related audits, regulatory compliance reviews, and documentation requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
Experience
CCP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or other relevant compensation or HR certification preferred.

This is a full-time, exempt position. Salary range: $67,482 - $115,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
