Requirements - Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening (non-THC)
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, patterns, drawings, and product specifications
- Ability to perform basic sewing tasks, accurately measure materials, and work with a variety of fabrics and adhesives
- Strong attention to detail, quality standards, and accuracy
- Previous sewing, manufacturing, upholstery, textile, or production experience preferred
- Working knowledge of industrial single-needle or walking foot sewing machines preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, manage changing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
- Job Duties
- Obtain required pre-cut parts and materials for production
- Assemble materials and components according to patterns and product specifications
- Operate a walking foot sewing machine to complete finished products
- Follow guidelines for seam measurements, stitching requirements, and thread specifications
- Ensure proper matching and placement of materials and notions
- Inspect work for quality and accuracy
- Follow established production processes and quality standards
- Complete assigned work orders and production tasks on schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Sit for extended periods while performing detailed sewing work
- Frequently use hands and arms to handle materials, equipment, and finished products
- Perform close visual inspection of materials, stitching, and finished products
Schedule - Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week
- Work schedule to be determined at time of hire
- Flexible scheduling available based on training availability and business needs
Pay Rate - $17.00 per hour
- Eligible for company benefits upon successful completion of the probationary period and permanent hire. Benefits details will be provided at that time
