Job Description

Responsibilities

• Own assigned infrastructure and software reliability problem statements through completion with guidance from senior engineers.
• Write, improve, and document efficient code and existing systems.
• Develop, configure, and maintain AWS accounts, networking, Kubernetes clusters, and other underlying platforms.
• Develop, configure, and maintain observability and monitoring tools including Coralogix and Sentry.
• Develop, configure, and maintain software development tools including GitHub Actions runners and Argo CD.
• Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, communicate progress and blockers, and contribute to team development.
• Participate in an operational on-call schedule.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in infrastructure management or backend software development in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
• Technical expertise in one or more of Python, JavaScript, or Unix Shell.
• Experience deploying, monitoring, and scaling production workloads on AWS.
• General experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
• Comfort working in an operational environment with on-call participation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Annual base salary range of $135,000–$155,000 plus commission, depending on skills, experience, and location.
