Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, PAs, NPs, surgeons, and therapists. Refer patients to specialists as needed and stay current with medical advancements through seminars. Maintain a compassionate and trustworthy environment fostering patient trust.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid California license and DEA, excellent communication, proficiency with electronic health records, and ability to work independently. Preferred experience in Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, or Occupational Medicine, with certifications like FMCSA and MRO. Strong diagnostic skills, knowledge of medications, legal guidelines, and confidentiality are essential. Capable of conducting DOT exams and understanding disability ratings is a plus.
