Job Description: Randstad Staffing is Hiring for Picker/Packers to work at a Warehouse (GXO Logistics) in Portland, TN, $17.50hr!! 1st shift positions 7am - 3:30pm, OT as needed.

Responsibilities
Efficiently pick items using order picker equipment and barcode scanning technology to fulfill customer orders accurately.
Pack products securely according to specified packaging guidelines to prevent damage during transit.
Load and unload shipments safely using heavy equipment while adhering to proper handling procedures.
Qualifications
Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred.
Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.
Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the shift.
Commitment to following safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE at all times.
Drug and Background screening required
High school diploma or GED required
