Job Description

Cornerstone Renovations is growing fast and we are looking for motivated, competitive individuals who will settle for nothing less than a six figure income and unlimited career advancement opportunity. If you're the type of person who wants your hard work recognized, your income tied to your performance, and the chance to move into leadership as the company grows, this is where you belong. As a Field Canvasser, you'll introduce homeowners to our services by starting conversations and scheduling free appointments for our sales team. No sales closing required—just confidence, great communication, and a strong work ethic.

Why People Join Cornerstone (The Rewards):

  • Massive Financial Upside: Enjoy a stable hourly base pay plus uncapped appointment bonuses and closed project commissions. Most team members earn a minimum of $5,000 - $7,000 per month, while our top performers consistently clear $10,000+ per month.
  • Fast-Track Advancement: We believe in promoting entirely from within, not hiring outside bosses. Move from an entry-level field representative to a Team Leader or Manager in as little as 60 to 90 days.
  • Unmatched Culture: Work alongside a competitive, energetic and goal-driven team. Enjoy daily cash incentives, team-wide competitions, and structured leadership development opportunities.
  • True Autonomy: Skip the micromanagement. Enjoy the freedom of working active, outdoor field shifts in local communities rather than sitting under office lights.
  • Sign on Bonus: $1000

What You Can Expect to Earn:

  • Guaranteed Base Pay: $16.80 per hour
  • Average Monthly Bonus: $2000 - $3500
  • Top Performers Average Monthly Bonus: $5000 - $7500+
  • Annual Earning Potential: $60,000 to $200,000
  • Awards:  Annual trip to paradise for top performers

The Role (What You’ll Actually Do):
As a Field Canvasser you are the face of Cornerstone Renovations directly in local communities. This is a fast-paced,  outdoor field position where you will:

  • Knock on homeowners doors and meet them directly in local neighborhoods.
  • Educate community members on premium exterior renovation solutions (roofing, siding, windows, and home improvement).
  • Focus on Lead Generation: Your singular focus is setting up free, qualified consultations for our senior sales experts.  You do not have to close sales, negotiate contracts, or ask homeowners for money at the door.
  • Track appointments and customer information using simple field technology.
  • Collaborate in high-energy morning strategy and professional development meetings at our local office.

Who Succeeds Here:
We have found that the best candidates don't necessarily have a corporate sales background. Instead, they possess raw character and grit. You will thrive here if you are a:

  • Former collegiate or high school athlete
  • Military veteran or service member
  • Retail, customer service, restaurant, or hospitality professional
  • Naturally competitive individual who loves hitting goals and talking to people

Position Requirements:

  • A positive attitude, thick skin, and a strong work ethic
  • Confidence speaking with new people face-to-face
  • Reliable transportation to get to our central office
  • The desire to earn more than the average paycheck

About Cornerstone Renovations
We are not a massive corporate organization with endless layers of management. We are building something special, and looking for ambitious people who want to grow directly with us. The people who perform here do not wait years for opportunities—they create them. If you are ready to control your income and your advancement, click apply to start your interview process today.
